TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Clintonville, Wisconsin.

UNIT: PT
License/Certs Required: WI PT & AHA BLS
Experience: Minimum 3+ years PT experience (Preferred) - OPEN TO NEW GRADS
Charting Experience Required: EPIC
Unit Overview: Outpatient department with 1 PTA
Case Load: Anywhere from 10-16 patients is normal for a standard 10-hour day depending on how many evaluations are seen. Evaluations are 70 minutes and most follow ups are 35 minutes. We do not double book therapists.

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40
Shift: 10hr Days; Monday-Thursday
Weekends: None
Holidays: As needed
Call: None
Float: Throughout facility within skillset - potential to float to New London or Shawano 1-2 days per week
